The Feldenkrais Method® is a powerful approach to improving your life that uses gentle movements to bring new awareness and increased possibility into every aspect of your life! Often referred to simply as “Feldenkrais” the name comes from the man who developed the method - Moshe Feldenkrais. Using your nervous system's own natural ability to process and reorganise, a one-on-one Feldenkrais session (known simply as Functional Integration) specific to your particular movement habits and patterns can help you:
