Hi, I'm Chantelle,
I am a massage therapist with an intuitive way of find those ‘spots’ that need attention! My massages can incorporate a combination of relaxation and therapeutic massage so that you get that balance of reducing stress as well as having your muscular issues attended to.
With 24 years massage experience I have developed my style of massage to include Swedish, Ayurvedic , deep tissue, intuitive massage techniques and energy healing (if that is your sort of thing).
Whether you are looking for a relaxation massage or something a bit deeper
to release muscles that have been overused or strained, I can adapt my techniques to suit your issues and your pain tolerance so that you leave feeling lighter, happier and more relaxed.
I am also a qualified Ayurvedic Lifestyle Consultant which is ancient Indian health philosophy and supports a preventative way of life, listening to your body and balancing your body through everyday life choices such as diet, exercise and relaxation techniques (meditation and yoga).
When I’m not working, I spend time doing yoga, meditation, bush walking and socialising with friends and family.
